We are hiring a part time Sales Associate focused on New Client Experience, Sales and Retention.

Our ideal Sales Associate will be comfortable with email and phone communications as well as cloud-based Point of Sale and data systems. Must be friendly, reliable and charismatic. Excellent customer service and people skills are an absolute must for this position as you will be the first person most clients interact with when they visit our studio. We are known for being genuinely friendly, so that is what we are looking to hire! The ideal Sales Associate must have experience in selling memberships, will oversee all front desk sales, and customer service needs. The Sales Associate will work closely with and report to ownership.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of membership sales experience.

• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in the sales process

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.

• Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.

• An affinity and passion for fitness.

• Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.

• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.

• Proficiency with computers and Studio software.

DUTIES

• Lead generation including grassroots Marketing and Networking

• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Demo class

• Closing Membership sales

• Proficiency in generating revenue reports, membership reports, attendance reports, etc.

• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service

• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible

• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions

• Work with ownership to manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio

• Any other duties as assigned
